“ You are in for a taste of Bali’s casual dining experiences right here in Melbourne! ”
Naughty Nuri’s founded by Brian Aldinger and Isnuri Suryatmi, were a couple who fell in love with each other and as a result established the first Naughty Nuri’s Warung Bar and Grill in 1995, now still located at Jalan Raya Sangginggan, Ubud, Bali.
Ibu Nuri started with her specialty Fried Rice and Indonesia’s famous Teh Botol. Over the years, Ibu Nuri created her special BBQ sauce for the Nuri’s Signature BBQ Pork Ribs that everyone would queue hours for! Now, you can also enjoy delicious pork chop, pork belly, grilled chicken and many more signature dishes at any of the Naughty Nuri’s restaurants. Be warned, the chilli will make you return!
Naughty Nuri’s has been featured in major publications such as the New York Times and received numerous recognitions and awards. Known for its secret sauce ribs and dirty martinis, which celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain claims are the best outside of New York, Naughty Nuri’s menu is described as authentically Indonesian with American and Mexican influences. Naughty Nuri’s appeal however extends beyond an impressive menu, with the restaurant made world-famous by its Shake Shake dance for every martini ordered.
